WE WANTED TO FIX A BROKEN SYSTEM
Misdiagnosis, up-coding, duplicate billing and the lack of pricing transparency have created a runaway train of costs, hassle and patient dissatisfaction.
Our mission is simple: We think patients deserve better care, health plans should know the price of medical services up front, and providers should get paid extremely fast. So we’ve built a system to simplify that process, and make it easy for everyone.

Coral 2.0 is in development and Coral 1.0 continues to grow, reaching 28,000 episodes of care. The platform was able to quickly reach 28,000 episodes of care, across hundreds of facilities and employers.
Investment of time paid off with an exponential growth curve and we reached 14,000 episodes of care in just over one year of being live.
Our first platform went live and processed 40 episodes of care. We spent thousands of hours meeting with Direct Primary Care doctors, Care Navigators, Plan Administrators, Employers and Patients to design a tool that was useful for them.
Coral was founded in 2016 by successful serial entrepreneur Gregory Smith. Greg was new to healthcare in 2016, but had a 30 year track record of founding successful companies. All four of his previous companies operated on the same principle- take extremely complex problems and make them simple, and solvable for everyone.
2021
Coral 2.0 is launched. Our TPA partners, Care navigators and providers executed over 38,000 episodes of care.
