The video below shows how to create a referral using the Coral Marketplace using a variety of search criteria.

You can further filter your results by entering the patient's zip code in the field provided to identify the closest options available near your member.

Once a location is found, select the option to Create Referral to move to the referral creation screen.

Select the member from you eligibility and complete the remaining fields.

 

Once completed, select save to create and send your referral to the selected provider.
